PICC Mandate
The Youth Church exists to fulfill the mandate of PICC "Bringing hope to the hopeless, life to the dying and helping them to become true disciples of our Lord Jesus Christ”, however, fulfilling this with the youth in focus.

Youth Church Mandate
God has put it on the heart of our father in the Lord Pastor Esau Banda to raise Cutting- Edge Youths that will manifest excellence, distinction and greatness using the Youth Church as a mentorship platform. Furtherance to this, through Youth Church, a platform has been created where young people could utilize in expressing their giftedness, talents and unique abilities. In addition, the Youth Church platform grooms and empowers youths from across the city in discovering and sharpening their skills. For instance, Video Shooting under Media Department, Soul winning under the Evangelism Department and many more. And one does not necessarily need to be a member of the "PICC main Church " to enjoy these privileges. Your availability is that's needed. PICC Youth Church is more than a vision it is a place where young people are being made.

Hope & Beauty) exists to address a group of single ladies and girls ranging from the age of fifteen going up to be free in God in their SINGLE SEASON until the Lord graduates them from singlehood. One of the issues that has become a trap to their lives both spiritually and physically is that of “MARRIAGE;” i.e. the one entered into, by two people who are in Love and are of OPPOSITE SEX!!!!!!! These singles need not be un-der pressure as if marriage is the ultimate point in a person’s life. There are other many important levels that can be attained in this life and that God can use them even in their single season. As such, building a Godly character independent of one's marital status is of importance for them as children of God. It was also felt that there is a need to cover some areas that might not be tackled in depth during the meetings held within the YOUNG ADULTS’ Ministry (YAM) and that it can be a platform where any lady can open up to speak out whatever they feel like sharing or asking any question they may have or indeed just fellowship, encourage one another and share life experiences, Heb.10:25. Hence the birth of this extension of the (YAM), tagged, “THE HOPE & BEAUTY MINISTRY.” By the grace of God, the first kind of this meeting was held on 14th May, 2014, with an over-whelming response of attendance despite the fact that it was not publicized. To prepare God fearing brides who can handle their bodies as a temple, as their home and be able to decorate it with the word of God by living godly lives as they wait for their God ordained husbands if the Lord tarries. I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is a reasonable service. Vision
This is a ministry whose target group are all single ladies and girls in the age range of fif-teen and above share their experiences, chal-lenges and encourage one another to live in love and purity based on the word of God. Specifically, the purpose of the ministry is to: 1) Raise a better woman of tomorrow (through preservation and restoration). 2) Be a better example to their peers 3) Be platform for soul winning. 4) Give an assurance that God loves them 5) Encouraged to wait upon the Lord, He made everything beautiful in its time. 6) Let them know that they are fearfully and wonderfully made, a beautiful heart can bring things into one’s life.
