The mandate of the Pentecost International Christian Centre (PICC) is derived from Genesis 2:10, which says, "Now a river went out of Eden to water the garden, and from there it parted and became four riverheads". Thus PICC is a river operating in the power of the Holy Spirit to water multitudes with the gospel of life and hope in all the four corners of the earth. In this regard, its core mandate is to bring hope to the hopeless and life to the dying and help them become true disciples of Jesus Christ.

At PICC, we have a mission to ensure that people that have had an encounter with the Prince of Life and the Hope of Glory, Jesus Christ, are fully committed to following Him. We shall ensure that they become mature in Christ (Galatians 4:19; Colossians 2:6-7) and be fully equipped for their God-given ministries (Ephesians 4:11-14; 2 Timothy 3:16-17) and that they do whatever it takes to become fully devoted followers of Jesus Christ (Luke 9:23). Our aim is to see every believer empowered to live out their faith with joy and purpose, transforming their communities and beyond.
